‘Modern Love Podcast’ to Feature Katherine Webster’s ‘Becoming Madam Widow’

The ‘Modern Love Podcast’ which is a famous New York Times column, will feature Katherine Webster’s book, ‘Becoming Madam Widow’. The book is an autobiography of a widow whose husband’s sudden and devastating death left her in despair. Her life shatters into pieces and the fear of self-doubt, the financial crisis makes it challenging for her to survive. She lives in a small town where every day she wakes up with the hope to find a purpose for her life and wondering if she could actually go on. This is a true story of a woman who is faced by challenges and decisive actions that will either make her swim or sink. It is a do or die game for her. These are the hard lessons that will only make her strong and capable of dealing with her insecurities. The author, Katherine Webster is a designer and entrepreneur. She lost her husband in the very beginning, leaving her with a lot of turmoil in her life to deal with. She is a motivational and enlightened lady and this is her first book up to the date.

Vancouver Central Library to Host Writer’s Showcase event

Author of the book, ‘Driving in Reverse- the Life I Almost Missed’, Lindsay Wincherauk will be going to the ‘Writer’s Showcase Event’ at Vancouver Central Library. The purpose of the event is to provide the local writers and poets with a chance to showcase their published and unpublished work. The book, ‘Driving in Reverse’ is an Autobiography and Memoir of the author. The author describes his story when he used to work at two dismal jobs to pay his Yale town rent. He suffered the sudden loss of his friends and family and was at the edge of life where he wanted a sudden exit. His life changes completely when he is encountered by a number of events and is drove by pain and madness around the world. His story moves quickly as he is in a continuous struggle of finding the hidden pieces of his life. The author, Lindsay is an author and journalist. He is the co-author of many books and is a very good sportsman.

Barnes & Noble to Host Book Reading Event for ‘Justin is a Special Eight’

The Barnes & Noble Bookstore at Cherry Hill will host the book reading ceremony for, Cameile Graham’s ‘Justin is a Special Eight’. The author will be there to read the book and answer the audience’s questions. ‘Justin is a Special Eight’ is about a special child who is Zoey’s older brother, ’Justin’. He is eight years old and very different from her. Zoey is curious all the time thinking that why her brother is the way he is and why he is not like her. She in the depth of her intuition goes to her mommy to ask her about Justin. Together they both explore that how it is good in this world to be unique and different from others. Zoey learns a lot from her mommy and then decides to help her mother in taking special care of her special brother. The author, Cameile Graham was born in Jamaica and got educated in USA. She is a teacher of English Language and Communicative Competency Skills. This is her first published book.

Barnes and Noble to Host Book Signing of ‘The Kringles’ by S. R. Forcia

The Barnes & Noble bookstore will be hosting the book signing ceremony of S.R. Forcia’s, ‘The Kringles’. The author will sign copies and have a talk with the visitors about the book. This children book is a story about two little mice known as The Kringles who are very exploratory and happy creatures. They laugh, enjoy and have fun together. They travel across the wilds of Alaska in search of amusement and adventure. Their journey is full of encounters with nature and how they adapt to different conditions during their travel. From the icebergs to polar bears and from fishing in the ice cold water to camping in the chilled nights of Alaska. Their imaginatively delightful fun is very magical and fanatical. The author, S. R. Forcia is currently residing in the Arctic Tundra Region of the State of Alaska. Nowadays she is keeping herself busy in the field of Child Protection. She loves her work and is always up for something new.

Author of the book, ‘I Will Find You’, John M. Taylor will be going to a ‘Meet the Author’ event that is going to be held at Waterstones Thanet, Broadstairs. The author will be there to promote his book. This is a story about the mystery and intrigue that starts at the wartime and it moves halfway through Australia. The story has poignant whose life moves from Dr Barnados to a new life on another side of the world. There is also Robbie whose journey to adulthood is filled with fun, sadness and drama. The book is filled with rich memories which definitely keeps its readers engaged until the last page is turned and has stories from the times of War which compels its readers to shed some tears. The author, John Taylor was born in Ely in the year of 1944. He has worked in more than 20 countries and is now spending his retired life in Cambridge.

The Barnes and Noble bookstore at Sheridan Boulevard, Westminster will be hosting the book signing event of Rebecca K. Busch’s ‘Dragon Wing’. The author will be signing and promoting her book at the event. This is a story about a girl named Sigrun who was born with some abnormal features. People would think that she is an abomination who is different from everyone. She was born with fierce dragon wings instead of beautiful feathered wings like everyone in the village. She remained in the village and survived. Calamity struck her when she found out that her father has been killed and her brother is missing. She set out to find her brother. On the way she met a stranger who got involved in her cause and convinced her that a bigger Catastrophe is coming and she has to prepare herself for it. The author, Rebecca K. Busch grew up in the town of northeastern Michigan and later on moved to Boulder, Colorado. She earned her degree in English Literature at the University of Colorado. Currently, she is residing in Denver, Colorado and is a very passionate reader.

‘Gul Ozseven’ of ‘Very Short Stories’ to Attend Poetry Reading Ceremony

Author of the book, ‘Very Short Stories’, by Gul Ozseven will be attending the poetry reading event at Bodrum seaside resort in the Aegean Sea region. The author will be there for the promotion of her book. The book is a poetry collection of a Turkish woman who writes poetry in English. Most of her poems are inspired from the everyday routine life. Her poems can be sometimes very humorous and sad but other times her poems are truly compelling and exciting. Some of the events and places from her poems are imaginary which gives them a fantasy look but it is all about going in depth of passion, compassion, surprise and happiness which can be seen in her poems. She is very creative and engaging in her work which takes the readers to a unique magical land. Gul Ozseven was born in Istanbul Turkey in 1986 and received her B.A (Honors) from Bogazici University. She has also an M.A degree in ‘British Cultural Studies’ from Warwick University.

Waterstones Bromley to host Book Signing of ‘50 Letters from Spirit’

Waterstones Bromley at The Glades Shopping Centre, plans to host a book signing ceremony for Patricia McDowall’s ’50 Letters from Spirit’: A call to awaken'. Patricia will talk about her book and her experiences and then will sign copies. This is a book about Patricia’s personal understandings which is based on 50 Letters with 50,000 thoughts daily. In the book, Patricia starts an unusual journey of self-consciousness back in 2013. She begins to feel that she is a living spirit trapped inside a physical body. Her soul evolves as she works her way through life using her consciousness. She talks about a spiritual guide in this book who helped her create this book; a masterpiece. The author, Patricia McDowell was born in Birmingham. She was raised and educated in London. She got her BSc degree from an Open University. She is clairaudient and clairsentient, she writes letters, and has the ability to read individual souls to heal and guide them.
