Children’s Library, The Atkinson is organizing an author meet event for kids and their parents to meet their favourite author Veronica Gibbs on 1st November 2019. Veronica will be sharing some excerpts from her book Tibbs Meets The Witch of Witchety Woods. She will be raising awareness about animal care and her life journey as a volunteer for the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. The book Tibbs Meets The Witch of Witchety Woods is a fun read for children. It is about the witch Cynthia who leaves her cottage every night sitting on her broom and roams around the Witchety Woods. One night she decides to fit a noisy engine to her broom and leaves at night, but too much noise and her constant usage of the phone disturb the villagers.
