Thomas Richard Dealtry

A Lifetime Journey of Trust & Adventure is defined by Richard and follows his life from childhood through schooling, college, and a special apprenticeship with British Railways. He then became a captain in the RAEC during his national service, teaching ONC and HNC courses to Regular and National Service soldiers. Following his return to civilian life and British Railways, he was engaged in management processes and the Post Graduate Degree Management course at Cranfield School of Management. From there we have a stimulating perspective of what he did with his real-time advanced management knowledge combined with a rich family life.
