After graduating in art and textile design, Liz taught in London, then Worcestershire before eventually moving to live in Tuscany where she ran a guest house and cooking school with husband, Alan, for many years. In 2011, they moved back to the UK to spend time with family and grandchildren. Liz also concentrated on creating a garden—but mainly spending time running Italian cooking courses, painting and writing—which produced The Beginning, and she is now concentrating on a second novel!
