David Anthony Nicholson was born on the 13th July 1948 in the city of Kingston-Upon-Hull. He went on to be a qualified joiner, eventually owning his own building and double glazing company. He worked in the construction industry for over 40 years.
He has been married to his lovely wife Jean for 57 years, and they have two grown up children, Joseph and Julie.
David’s hobbies include sculpture, poetry, short stories, and fishing. D.A.N.’s Little Book of War Poetry was published by Austin Macauley in 2022.
