Peter Godman was born on 26 September in, Surrey, England. At the age of ten, his family moved to Essex in England where he finished his schooling.
During his school years, he encountered the German language, which eventually altered his life.
After he finished his apprenticeship, he went to Germany in 1973 to further study the language. History and historical architecture fascinated him, and he found more than enough to inspire his interests, and he decided to stay.
The country provides the scenes for his fantasy books, which developed year for year. He enjoys long walks with his dog in the forests of his home, where he gathers his ideas for his creative writing.
