Osmarie Pico is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA degree from EDHEC Business School in France.

She has an international profile, having lived and worked in 3 countries (Philippines, USA, France) and has managed different roles in different industries. Her 16+ years of professional experience is demonstrated in the international dimension handling Global functions, in Sales working in Business Development and Bid Management for Large and Strategic Deals, and in Project Management working in gathering business requirements and leading process improvement initiatives.

She is a strategist, a visionary, a coach, and an advocate for professional and personal development. She believes that her purpose is to touch other people’s lives and make a difference. With her burning desire to fulfil her mission, help develop talents, and make a difference, she wrote this guidebook for professional career evolution and acceleration.

She is a traveller, adventurer, and sports fanatic, following the sun and the waves outside of her professional life. She loves discovering places, cultures and people, and understanding how humanity and the world function in general.

Prior to commencing a career that has seen Christina travel around the world, she established a firm foothold at the University of Queensland in Australia and then moved into the Chamber of Commerce, then continued to hone her skills and experience in the financial and IT sectors before relocating to Europe and developing a successful role in international organizations.

Christina’s reputation as an experienced analyst, consultant, and events coordinator was underpinned by her passion for planning, communication, and innovation. She frequently addressed a farrago of issues within international environments and engaged her hallmark interpersonal skills to support her ability to streamline processes, utilise state of the art technologies and incorporate dynamic team management that has empowered her to manage numerous concurrent projects and bring her commitments home. All within or on budget and to the plaudits of those who entrusted these projects to her. Christina has always worked assiduously to meet KPIs and to manage multi-disciplinary teams, improving efficiency and ensuring the highest quality result for all concerned.

Christina’s passion for motivating and mentoring young professionals aligns admirably with her co-author and her life experience which has developed in equal portions between Australia and Europe. Her passion for travel, eighteenth century literature, gothic architecture, music and ballet allows her to enjoy an excellent balance as a discerning and experienced mentor.
