C.J. Smith has had a long and varied career from apprentice plumber through to university lecturer and education consultant, working on international development projects for organisations including The European Bank for Reconstruction and UNESCO. He has also acted as an External Examiner for several universities. Such work has entailed him travelling the globe from Africa, Asia and the Middle East, through to Central America and all points in-between. The key thing that has sustained him throughout this long journey has been his passion for music… moreover his restless quest to seek out new music and new musical experiences.
