Since the first day of his first grade in elementary school in Savannah, Georgia, the author has been called ‘Bubba’. For the past nine years, Bubba has been busy assisting attorneys with complex litigation in state and federal courts in Georgia. He is an avid fan of the University of Georgia Bulldogs and Benedictine Military School.
