Olutayo Thomas is a leadership and performance coach and an enterprise development adviser. His motto is: “It’s time for change.”

His personal and financial goal is to be committed to lifelong learning and development, provide financial security and stability to his family, provide a good education and godly legacy to his children and be a blessing to other people.

He is well-respected and sought after in the areas of personality (the way one thinks, feels and behaves) development, life coaching, leadership and performance coaching, enterprise and career development advice to businesses and the young ones in schools and communities.

He has successfully impacted positive change, career aspirations, work and entrepreneur skills in the young ones in schools in the United Kingdom through partnering with the Careers and Enterprise Company and Team London Enterprise Advisers programme – the Mayor of London volunteering project for Londoners. He is empowering and preparing the young ones for the future world of work and enterprise with the goal of tackling unemployment and poverty and helping them achieve successful lives and careers.

Olutayo has over 25 years’ combined experience in property investing, human resources and services enablement, learning and development, investment and savings products such as ISA, Unit Trusts, Retirement and Pensions Products, OEIC and Investment Trusts in the United Kingdom’s Financial Services Sector.
