J.J. Valente is the author of Chocolate Toothpaste. Born in London, she lives in Warwickshire with her husband, four children and their cat, ‘Kobe’. The inspiration for this story has come from reading numerous books to her children over the years, and when producing material for children, understanding the importance of looking at everything through a child’s eyes.
