Sarah Snell has been writing poetry since her early teens, ‘Crime and Punishment’, her first, when she was fifteen. Much of her inspiration came from schoolfriends as well as her family. She makes her home in Hull with her little green budgie, Kiwi and he has a little friend, a grey budgie, Smokey. Her past employments include working as a shop assistant at Tradex and as a counter clerk in a post office. She is currently a parcel courier.
