Mykel has worked many years within the Criminal Justice and Social Services sectors with young individuals. He is also an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Inspired by these young minds he chose to write this book about social emotional management and social skills. He wishes to share these values with the young reader/listener wrapped in a warm and entertaining story
