Aleena Ullah is a writer from London, England. This is her first book for children. She graduated with BSc (Hons) in Psychology in 2018 and went on to qualify as a primary school teacher. She is passionate about promoting mental health awareness and is now a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist, where she works with both adults and children. This book was written to help the children in her class, and Aleena hopes it will continue to help more children who may be struggling in a similar way. When she isn’t writing, Aleena likes to paint, read and spend time with her two wonderful cats, Thor and Coco.
