Julia Bichener lives with her husband in Buckinghamshire. She has always enjoyed reading, sharing and exploring books with young children. Having grandchildren of her own has prompted her to write her debut children’s book ‘Milkman Mike’. She hopes other parents, grandparents and carers can enjoy spending precious time together when reading this story.
This book has been really enjoyed by my grandson especially as his cousins live on a dairy farm. He has enjoyed looking at the clock which will help him learn to tell the time and finding the eggs is fun. Hope there will be some more in the series.
What a charming book! A great addition to our school curriculum. The Reception children in my class loved telling the time to o’clock and half past with Milkman Mike as well as finding the hidden eggs.
A big hit with my 3 year old daughter at home too.
