I started Murder Can Kill a couple of days ago and am thoroughly enjoying it. The minister sounds like quite the devil and had grabbed the relationships with mischievous tactics and taken complete control. I can't wait to find out what levels he is willing to go in order to keep his secret! Loving the book.

I finished Murder Can Kill a couple of weeks ago. I must admit that it got me hooked, with constant action and something to look forward to. I loved how you smoothly finished it off with problem after problem slowly and partially being resolved. Not everything ended out perfectly and I think that is great. Happily ever after is not always the greatest. Look forward to reading some of your other work.
I so admire the author Douglas Hall and look forward to his new books. After reading "Murder Can Kill" one can become addicted to Paul West. He leaves you looking for more. I liken the feeling of becoming hooked on a TV series and you can hardly wait for the week to pass so you can enjoy another episode. When I finished reading "Murder Can Kill" - it left me waiting for another episode.

I was delighted to learn that the lead detective Paul West will be returning in future books in The Paul West Mystery Series. He is too good of a character to just be in one story. I can hardly wait.
Douglas Hall has a new book "Murder Never Sleeps" in "The Paul West Mystery Series." it follows "Murder Can Kill" the first in the detective series. He said he got his inspiration for his plots and characters from various places and experiences and the reader soon knows what he looks like, and what his interests are. If he walked into a room he would be recognized immediately, His plot and character came from various places and experiences."Murder Never Sleeps" will follow.

I can't emphasize how much I loved reading Murder Can Kill and how beautifully Douglas Hall expressed the story and paid attention to the minute details to really alleviate the reading experience. I shall follow up with "Murder Never Sleeps" the second in the Paul West Mystery series and I am really super excited for "Murder Unchained" which I am informed is scheduled to be released April/May 2021. I am sure it will be a great read as well.
