My name is Linda O’Brien, and I am a mother to a little girl called Norah Tess. I wrote this book for her many years ago before she was born. I always wanted a story of my own creation to have for her. I live on the west coast of Ireland with my daughter. Life on the Wild Atlantic Way offers you a rich coastline and wildlife with extreme seasonal changes that create different settings in the same place. Our environment is a bathing pool for your imagination, and I grasp as much of it as I can. My daughter is autistic and so she sees even more detail and beauty that I could ever imagine.
