Jean Cross grew up in Coventry but now lives in Buckinghamshire. Jean has two children and three grandchildren whom she treasures. She worked in schools both as a classroom teacher and a headteacher. Later in her career, she helped to establish and then managed the operations of what became one of the largest independent school and day nursery groups in the UK. She is now retired but remains passionate about nurturing confidence and happiness in young children.
