A wonderful and very creative book that has an interesting plot and discusses many different cultures and a new way of life on a unique sci-fi island that is mysteriously separated from the rest of the world! The book strongly emphasizes the importance of protecting wildlife, plants, and nature from damage and harm.

I picked this book up one wet and windy weekend. This not my usual subject matter but my daughter had read the book and the other book by CHB Lady and said I would enjoy it. Well, I have to say it was a thoroughly good read. The way the story is written draws you into its mystical world. Bursting to the seams with fabulous animals and wondrous people. I would recommend this book to everyone even if it's not your normal subject matter as I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Chris' second book takes you to a magical lost world full of wonderful plants and animals all under the custodianship of a hidden race of people who care and appreciate their existence and beauty. A book suitable for all ages and people and one to take you to another world away from our everyday lives. Read it in an afternoon or take your time with a chapter a day, you'll enjoy it!
