Becky was born and raised in London and is a single mum of two boys. She is the manager of a nursery and very passionate about the physical development and mental well-being of young children. She is a qualified children’s yoga teacher and performs the ancient practice with the children she cares for.

Her most recent accomplishment was a project researching the benefits of yoga in young children which was alongside her Level 5 Diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people’s services. She hopes to one day see yoga included in the national curriculum in all educational settings.

Thank you, Becky Cohen, for this book! Kudos! "Soggy Moggy: A Kids' Yoga Story" has a fascinating story written by a creative author. This book is engaging and interactive and will spark children's interest and curiosity. It is common knowledge that children are great imitators; they will have fun doing yoga poses emulating specific animals. The illustrations' color choices are appealing to children's eyes. I would highly recommend this book to children ages two to seven. Thank you, Becky Cohen, for this book! Kudos!
