Julie and Rebekah are not only mother and daughter but consider themselves to be best friends. Rebekah is the sensible one who tries to restrain her mother’s creative wanderings but with very little success. Both writers have been to university, one studying law and the other psychology to post-graduate level, but this does not play a part in their writing genre. Instead, this brings out the quirkier side of their nature. Both reside within the Lincolnshire area and are individually involved in their own writing projects as well as this collaboration. Rebekah normally prefers to write murder mystery and investigation style short stories, whilst Julie cannot control her quirky nature and feels the need to write comedy poems.
