Sara is a mum of three girls who all love singing and music. She runs choirs, including a dementia choir, and sings and plays keyboards and percussion in a couple of bands. She enjoys writing music as well as books.

Sara’s eldest daughter, Alice, was tragically killed in 2011 at the age of 20. Alice was very spiritual and creative, and her incredible gift for connecting with people inspired Sara to write The Little Tree’s Secret.

Sara’s family raised money to build Alice’s Treehouse in Black Park, Iver, which was officially opened by Russell Brand, Patron, on 30 January 2016.
