This is a charming children’s book that I can’t wait to read to my grandchildren. Like a lot of good children’s book it appeals to adults too.

An adventurous rhyming story about unusual bicycle inventions that take the reader to undiscovered places!

I loved the imagery, the rhyme and flow of the story, the humour, and the mention of local places, making a connection to real life! Children will love this and want to read it over and over again!

A sweet, funny and imaginative story!

Congratulations Dawn, I look forward to the next one!

I really enjoyed "The Most Unusual Bikes" by Dawn Jackson. it is a very innovative idea! It is a lovely, happy story about Mother and Father, who go on separate holidays on amazing bikes. The story has a nice, happy ending. The colours are lovely and the pictures are very clear. The poems are simple and rhyming, with just one on a page. I have knocked off one star because I would have liked to see more of the unusual bikes!

This is a lovely colourful book that is an absolute pleasure to share with younger readers. The descriptive fun rhymes tell stories that children will enjoy and can add to – where would they go if they had a most unusual bike?
