This book is short and straight to the point. "Life changes when you venture out and see life". Human beings are highly complexed and as such we like to place them in little boxes and categorize them. But it's not that simple. We all fall down in life at time. The trick is how to get back up and keep going. This lovely little book gives a perfect example of that. Charity shops not only give good value for money to the millions that shop across this country. But there also a haven for individuals that want to offer free assistance and gain experience in the fast-paced world we live in. There also a perfect tool for introducing less confident and troubled individuals a free pass back into the world of work and toll. It is self-evident that giving something back is far better than receiving something. This book offers an insight into the world of brick a brak, DVD's, flow charts, shoplifters, window dressing, steam ironing and odd and eccentric characters that venture into the doors of charity shop world. Tinged with humour and a simplistic yet realistic world of human interaction. This book is wonderful to read.

  • Enjoyable and easy-read book.. would love to know what happens with Greg and Grace..is there a follow on book I wonder ???
