Author of acclaimed cookbook Ramadan Express, Lina Saad is invited to showcase her excellent cooking skills at the London Muslim Shopping Festival at the London Olympia. The author will be preparing Chicken Shawarma with Tahini / Cabbage and Pomegranate Salad, Grilled Aubergines with Pesto and Home-made Rocky Road. She will also meet many food enthusiasts and fellow chefs and discuss her celebrated creation Ramadan Express. Ramadan Express is a unique and delightful cookbook focused on recipes for Muslim’s holy month of Ramadan. The book contains many delicious recipes from snacks to main course meals.  Lina Saad was born in Sierra Leone but went to Lebanon to gain education. She witnessed the Civil War during the 1980s and experienced the atrocities people faced during that perilous time.
