Author Michael Pawlowski to Attend a Commemoration Ceremony at St. Catharines Public Library
Author of a brilliant history book, Michael Pawlowski, will be attending a commemoration ceremony at the 80th Anniversary of the Mass Deportation of Polish Residents to Soviet Gulags. The ceremony will be hosted by St. Catharines Public Library, Ontario. The event will begin at 7 pm on 27th February 2020. It is a great opportunity for the residents of Ontario to pay their respect to the Polish residents and meet the author.
Cassino, Conquest of the Mountain by Michael Pawlowski is about the Nazis invasion of Poland. The book documents how 14-year-old Bernard Pawlowski survives the brutality of the concentration camp. He later joins up with Polish forces in the Middle East to take some revenge on Nazis. It a great read for those interested to know the Polish experience of WWII.
Author Michael Pawlowski graduated from the University of Toronto. He has worked in the legal and insurance profession. He is a profound member of various acclaimed legal organisations. He was motivated to write Cassino, Conquest of the Mountain by the obligation to tell ‘the rest of the story’.
