Rose Miller, the author of acclaimed children’s book Alex and His Magic Dragon is invited to the Willow Wood Hospice Flower Festival to read from her book. She will be engaging with curious children, tantalizing their imagination with her stories. The festival will be held in Ashton-Under-Lyne in Greater Manchester. Alex and His Magic Dragon is a delightful children’s book by author Rose Miller. The book is a collection of stories about an eight-year-old headstrong boy Alex Jones. Alex does not like going to bed early and listening to her sister but is relieved to befriend Flicker, a magical dragon who helps Alex with his everyday problems. The stories contain many adventures the boy and the dragon share together. It is a charming read and engaging tale for children.  Rose Miller is a prolific teacher having experience in educating children in Malta, Libya and Saudi Arabia. She has two married sons and two grandchildren, her rich life experience inspires her to write enchanting stories for children.
