All book lovers, keep your calendars marked as on Friday 1st November 2019, the author Veronica Gibbs who has penned down an interesting children’s book Tibbs Meets The Witch of Witchety Woods will be attending an event at The Atkinson. Come along with your little munchkins to meet Veronica and ask her about the book and her inspiration. Tibbs Meets The Witch of Witchety Woods is a lovely bedtime storybook for kids. Every night Cynthia goes out into the Witchety Woods on her broom. Everywhere is peace and calm until one night, when she fixes a powerful engine to her broom. Her broom creates so much noise and confusion everywhere. The powerful engine makes her broom collide with Mr Moon. The author Veronica Gibbs is an active volunteer of the R.S.P.C.A. that works for the preservation of hedgehog society. She started writing children’s books after her retirement.
