The author of ‘The Funicular’, John Aaron, will visit Brighton Library, Australia for the launch ceremony of his book. The author will present the copies of his novel for sale. The author will also talk about his exciting suspense novel and his unique writing experience.   The book, ‘The Funicular’, is about a detective from the Victorian Police who witnesses a shooting in the descending train as it passes.   He reports the incident to the local Police and being a senior detective, he is invited to assist them in the investigation of the incident. At the same time, another artwork is stolen from a warehouse which is also linked to the shooting incident.   These incidents take him on an adventurous journey to Russia, Brazil, Chile and, ultimately, back to Australia.   The author of this book, John R. Aarons, is living in Melbourne with his wife while their married children and grandchildren living nearby. The author has worked as an engineer and construction supervisor at various locations of the world.
