Azra Rahman was born and raised in India. Her memories of her hometown inspired her portrayal of the fictional town of Mahogany. When she's not writing, she can be found painting, writing poetry, blogging, or answering her children’s tricky questions. She lives with her husband and three kids in the beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. The Mother of My Children is her first book.
