The BBC Radio station, WM 95.6 recently conducted an interview for Barbara Herszenhorn. She recently published her new book, ‘Troublesome Tom: Out like a bullet’. She talked about her book at the ‘Sunny and Shay’ program.

This is a story about a family who is waiting patiently for their baby. ‘Tom’ was born without much effort, and it didn’t take very long. But he is a noisy little creature who goes ‘whaa whaa’ all the time. It is hard to get him to stop crying but his granddad knows the skill and with his magical refrain and the drawing of imaginary ‘face’ upon the face of this noisy little addition to the family.

This is a story of this troublesome baby and the wisdom of his grandparents in handling him. The brilliance of this story is that it can resonate with any family and is a perfect addition to your bedtime book collection.

The author, Barbara Herszenhorn lives in Lichfield Staffordshire. She spent many years of her life in teaching children of all ages.

She has two children and spends most of her time now in writing her book series about Troublesome Tom (T.T.).
