‘A British War Dance’ by Lee Willmore received a praising review by an online magazine
A popular British website Maidstone-magazine reviewed Lee Willmore’s first book ‘A British War Dance’. It praised the book wholeheartedly and gave a very shining review by stating “real potential in the story and character development with the whimsical storyline appealing to any die-hard romantics out there.”
Set in the times of Worlld War II this book is a marvel of non-traditional writing style. A young boy from Birmingham named James Ashfield returns from the battlefields in Germany, fighting beside his brother. He finds himself unable to function due to post-traumatic stress until he finally discovers his long-lost childhood passion of professional stage dancing. Things finally started to come together for him when once again he has to battle with forbidden love, heartache and pursuit for revenge.
Lee resides in Kent, he was born and raised in the Sandwell area of the West Midlands. He has a passion for both dance and war eras, which has come together in his first book. His book about love passion, friendship and sacrifice is written in his very own, unique dream-like writing style which reads as a bubble out of reality.
