Swapna Das is an avid reader, and writing is what makes her life soulful. She has lived in the UK for over 30 years and has studied English literature at college. Being an enthusiastic traveller and a photographer, always on the lookout for a good click, she has organised many fundraising events. She is a person who speaks up for national and global issues and loves exploring different cultures. She published two books—A String of Pearls (2016) and The Forgotten People (2019).
