As part of Book Week in Australia, Tamara Hardy was invited to host a book reading session at a daycare centre for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten kids. This session took place on Tuesday – the 24^th of August, and around thirty children were present. Tamara Hardy’s daughters also accompanied her on this fun-filled expedition. You can see them in the pictures too. All the children had a really great time and they also shared their own experiences and stories with the author.

The Comet Series: Comet's Big Escape is Tamara Hardy’s book from which she read during the said session. This is a storybook that describes how a little puppy escapes from the backyard of the home where he lives with his human mother. He spends the remaining hours of the day finding a way back. This book is a perfect delight for preschoolers.

Tamara Hardy was born in South Australia and currently lives in Canberra. She has a degree in media and communications and is now increasingly interested in studying Psychology. Even before becoming a mother to two fabulous kids, Tamara had a passion for writing joyful stories that manage to bring smiles to children’s faces.
