Georgie Long was born in London in 1961. After moving around a lot during her childhood, she has been settled in North Wales for the last 35 years. She has a lifelong love of nature and animals and spent over 20 years working as a zookeeper. Georgie has been writing poetry for most of her life and has had many poems published in various anthologies.
