Dr Christine McCarthy has over 25 years of experience in coaching senior and executive leaders and designing innovative leadership development programmes across various industry sectors. Her PhD research on the efficacy of leadership competency frameworks in global corporations, combined with over twenty-year practical consulting experience in change initiatives across organisations, have led to the creation of a science-based and practical Future-Fit Leadership Framework comprising a self-assessment, a 360° Assessment and Leadership Development Programme. This book is built on the eight core capabilities of the Future-Fit Leadership Framework.
