Sabrina Smart

Sabrina Smart is a paediatric Occupational Therapist. She lives in Sydney, Australia, with her husband and two daughters. Her passions include early childhood development, music, dance, writing, environment and animal conservation, and spending quality time with her kids.

Originally from South Africa, Sabrina has been fortunate to experience and grow up with African wildlife. She would love to pass on her passion for wildlife and conservation to children around the world through her children’s books. She believes that understanding animals’ traits, their habitat, and their importance to the balance of the ecosystem, children will grow to appreciate the brilliance of the natural wonders of the animal kingdom and their environment. Based on true facts about the animals and their environment, her stories also have an underlying message for children about respect, values, family and friendship.
