Annemieke Clements is a mum and drama teacher who has dedicated years of her career to developing citizenship and leadership curriculum for the students she works with. An overwhelming attitude of ‘what I do doesn’t matter’ prompted her to explore the idea of writing. With the arrival of her wonderful daughter, it suddenly seemed more urgent to combat this lack of advocacy in young people.
