Author of a brilliant history book, Michael Pawlowski, will be attending a commemoration ceremony at the 80th Anniversary of the Mass Deportation of Polish Residents to Soviet Gulags. The ceremony will be hosted by St. Catharines Public Library, Ontario. The event will begin at 7 pm on 27th February 2020.
