Educated at Worcester Royal Grammar School, Ken, a qualified accountant, has had a 43-year career in local government, holding positions including Director of Finance and Housing and Assistant Chief Executive. Ken has been in management for over 35 years. He is now retired and happily married with two children and three grandchildren.
