Gregory's Adventure

Gregory’s Adventure is a delightful children’s story following a young hare named Gregory who embarks on a quest to help a lost baby bird find his family. After a tiny yellow chick called Titch lands on Gregory’s head, the two set off into the forest to discover where Titch belongs. They encounter owls, woodpeckers, finches and more as Gregory tries to identify what type of bird Titch is.When attempts at swimming reveal Titch is no duck or goose, Gregory gets advice from a wise old swan who suggests looking for kingfishers. Just as Gregory is losing hope of solving the mystery, he spots Titch happily united with a flock of yellow wagtails. Ewa Jacob Kadewska grew up in the industrial city of Łódź, Poland. She holds a Polish Master’s degree (Teaching Specialty) from the University of Łódź.

After teaching literature for several years, Ewa embarked on a travelling adventure, living in various places in many countries including Belgium, Italy and Canada. Exploration of different ecologies, cultures and cuisines finally brought her to the United Kingdom, where she found her life partner and settled down in Wales.

She is a passionate photographer who loves watching birds and nature. As an artist, she expresses herself through visual arts: painting, drawing, woodcarving, and digital graphics.
