Born in the UK and having studied at the London College of Fashion and Technology, Rachel moved to Australia where she worked as a fashion buyer.
After living globally for 40 years and pursuing her Jewish roots whilst in Hong Kong, she eventually made her home in Jerusalem.
Rachel currently works from home; writing, teaching Business English and practicing reflexology.
As exciting as this may be, her most rewarding role is that of a mother.

Just laughed my way through the book. When is the next instalment available either Australia, Hong Kong, USA or Israel? Written in a refreshingly funny style which captured my imagination, with each character and description that took me on a tour of my own imagination bringing forth a movie story that played for an all too short time. Need more with a dash of lime.
Fun and engaging read!! I was disappointed when it ended so quickly, I really wanted to get to know the main character and wanted to find out more about her life and what happened next, especially with Red!!! I found the writing very descriptive in a way that formed images and a picture story while reading. Waiting for the next chapter!

Lured by a Mango Daiquiri is a delightful read - witty, clever and absorbing with a budding love story in the background. Although short, it is dense with humorous descriptions that bring to life the characters and their surrounds in London and Sri Lanka. The book ends leaving me longing for more, a page-turner. Rachel Montana’s first novel reveals her hidden writing talents. I look forward to reading more of her work.
I loved this book. It was an easy read and I enjoyed the ride. Possibly because I could identify with it. I could not put it down and have told all my friends about it.

Great read. Fun, fast, entertaining and looking forward to this authors next book. It appeared the publishers forgot to edit it though. Had they it would have got 5 stars from me.
I love this book and have read it many times. It’s particularly uplifting during these stressful times and I reach for it when I’m feeling down to bring some sunshine into my life. It’s a wonderfully witty and compact read and I’ve purchased copies for all of my friends who have enjoyed it immensely.
I very much look forward to Rachel’s next book. She’s a talented and gifted writer.

A truly chuckle filled read. With attention to details and a strong voice Rachel takes you on a lovely skip to somewhere warm. Its a slip of a book and perfect for when traveling! A really fun read.
