Noah Grant Sanz is an English/Spanish writer, born in Cambridge. At 14 years old, he began writing poetry to help him deal with anxiety and other mental problems. Heavily inspired by romantic poets, such as Thomas Hardy, and more modern poets, such as Sylvia Plath and Charles Bukowski, he used this inspiration to write about his personal life managing to finish his first book Notes from a Stressed-out teen in November 2022, aged 15.
This moving book will take theologians, educators and interculturally interested totally off guard. His childhood tales, the personal stories of (un)just treatment as a student and professional will inspire readers to – whatever comes on their paths - go within and in solitude stay close to God while trusting in His plan. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future” (Jermiah 29:11).
