She has an international profile, having lived and worked in 3 countries (Philippines, USA, France) and has managed different roles in different industries. Her 16+ years of professional experience is demonstrated in the international dimension handling Global functions, in Sales working in Business Development and Bid Management for Large and Strategic Deals, and in Project Management working in gathering business requirements and leading process improvement initiatives.


She is a strategist, a visionary, a coach, and an advocate for professional and personal development. She believes that her purpose is to touch other people’s lives and make a difference. With her burning desire to fulfil her mission, help develop talents, and make a difference, she wrote this guidebook for professional career evolution and acceleration.


She is a traveller, adventurer, and sports fanatic, following the sun and the waves outside of her professional life. She loves discovering places, cultures and people, and understanding how humanity and the world function in general.
