Ben Dixon’s young adult title, The Heroic Truths of Neil Peel, was featured on the local interactive website of the NN12 area, aboutmyarea.co.uk. The website covers all the local level happenings and developments of the areas including Towcester, Silverstone, Whittlebury, and communities in NN12. The website’s feature on Dixon’s book called it an ‘antidote to lockdown misery’.  The feature further wrote: ‘Five-star reviews are flooding in for this new sensation in the Young Adult Humour genre.’ The feature came out on 7^th February, Sunday. Ben Dixon is a French teacher and a father of four children. The Heroic Truths of Neil Peel is Dixon’s first novel. The novel is about a young boy Neil Peel who is constantly bullied for being the truthful boy that he is. There are his supporters and his enemies and he faces the consequences of his straight truths courageously. The book makes for an important read, especially for young boys and girls. Ben lives in Guildford with his wife and children.
