Austin Macauley’s highly talented author, Paul Westmoreland, got featured on a local newspaper’s website. The News and Star website published the feature for his debut novel, Christmas Night, on 23rd February 2020. The article states the story of Paul’s life that how he spent it writing novels and confronted rejection. The article states, “I did have a desire when I was younger to be a published writer, but it has taken me a lifetime to do that!” 

The book Christmas Night revolves around the protagonist James Rayburn, Rector of Saint Luke’s, who faces several problems like his own flagging belief and unhappy memories as the Christmas approaches but gets diverted by the arrival of a sick, shattered and apparently impoverished girl Corrie.

The author Paul Westmoreland grew up in Nottingham. He is the author of numerous novels and short stories. He has been a professional teacher in Buckinghamshire, Leeds, and Carlisle.
