Garry Baker, the author of the fantasy book, Yes Son, got featured by News Post Leader on 10^th May 2021. The writer spoke at length about his struggle with mental health issues and his fantasy book, Yes Son. The feature narrated, “The 52-year-old, who has had long term mental health problems including depression, got the idea for his book while volunteering at Kyle’s Dream, a non-profit community organisation helping people build confidence and self-esteem”. Yes Son is a story of a girl named Madeleine whose world turns upside down when her rich fiancé, Jake, leaves her when she gets pregnant. Due to this experience, she has a hunger for a luxurious life and makes a plan to rob a bank. After a series of events, she takes refuge in a church with her brother.
