Garry Baker’s Yes Son Gets Featured by News Post Leader
Garry Baker, the author of the fantasy book, Yes Son, got featured by News Post Leader on 10th May 2021. The writer spoke at length about his struggle with mental health issues and his fantasy book, Yes Son. The feature narrated, “The 52-year-old, who has had long term mental health problems including depression, got the idea for his book while volunteering at Kyle’s Dream, a non-profit community organisation helping people build confidence and self-esteem”. Yes Son is a story of a girl named Madeleine whose world turns upside down when her rich fiancé, Jake, leaves her when she gets pregnant. Due to this experience, she has a hunger for a luxurious life and makes a plan to rob a bank. After a series of events, she takes refuge in a church with her brother.
