Patricia McDowall who penned a brilliant self-help book, attended an event held at Holmesdale School in Snodland. She interacted with other fellow authors and introduced her book ‘50 Letters from Spirit’. She talked about her personal spiritual growth and other experiences with the attendants of the event.

A self-help and personal development book for those who want to explore the spiritual aspect of their life. A guide to spiritual enlightenment, written by Patricia and directed by the wisdom of her spiritual mentor Marsilio. This book is intended to invite the readers on a journey of spiritual awareness and speaks to both internal and external – mind, body and soul.

Born in Birmingham, Patricia later moved to London at the young age of nine, she achieved her degree from Open University in her forties.  During her degree, she picked up various interesting subjects like health and social care, psychology and philosophy. She has worked in various fields including finance and carer plus support worker for children with learning difficulties. She is also a Reiki Master and an advanced Theta healer.
