The author Shraddha Patel was invited for the book reading and signing event organized by Barnes and Noble West Kendall in Miami, FL for her book Alaysia on 31st May 2019. Several people showed up, most of them were sci-fi/fantasy fanatics who appreciated the book. There were students as well who aspired to make a career as a book writer and received some handy tips from the author herself. It was sweet of Starbucks to give free sample food at the event. People were happy to buy and get the signed copies of the book.
