St. Michael's Church Invited the Author John Bendall on a Local Artists Exhibition
The stupendous author John Bendall was invited by the St. Michael's church in Blackheath, SE London on 13th June 2019 to attend the exhibition arranged for the local artists to portray their work. John presented and read his book Kendall's Longitude to the audience. He said that it was an amazing 10-day exhibition and he was invited as a local author to the opening evening where he signed a new book. He further that the evening suited well with his book as it includes history and intends to make readers happy.
The book Kendall's Longitude is about an antique clock created back in the time when traveling through the sea was considered one of the luxuries. The biggest issue faced at the time was having a reliable tool to find the longitude. The K2 timekeeper was created to address the issue. It has seen many voyages in its expatiations. It has experienced kidnapping, nautical intrigue and gunpowder plots of American Revolutionary Wars. K2 timekeeper story is a dramatic read of three-nation storytime. The stupefy author John Bendall has done Economics, History, Political Science and Marketing degree. He is currently living in Greenwich. He is one of the members of the Society for Nautical Research and Nantucket Historical Association.
